If there's a Kali skill for SP dump, it's Despair Needle. Rampage Claw can be dropped to Level 1, and Beast Spirit raised to a minimum of Level 6. Unholy Ground/Resent Area can be left at Level 1 and pumped based on discretion/gameplay. My skill build for DS is here (based on my guide here).
